You make me forget myself.

This artwork is close to my heart. When I'm creating, I forget everything around me and get completely immersed in the moment. This work is beautiful in its simplicity and has a lovely warm patina. For this piece I hand dyed antique linen in a walnut dye bath and gently treated the canvas with iron oxide.
